The Ultimate Montana Packing List: What to Wear in Big Sky

From the Rhode Snow Club to Net-a-Porter’s Destination Ski Experience, it seems like everyone is flocking to Montana this winter. I’m lucky enough to be one of them with a ski trip to Big Sky on the horizon—and being the fashion editor I am, I’m already deep into strategizing my packing list. Whether for racing down Liberty Bowl or sipping hot toddies at Everetts 8800, I’ve been on the hunt for pieces that are stylish and functional for both on and off the slopes.

Big Sky is a legendary ski town with a bit of a western flare, so winter trends like fringe accents, faux fur, suede belts, and fair isle sweaters are top of mind. Oh, and chic ski gear of course. After weeks of scouring the internet, I’ve saved 37 items that have Montana written all over them. Of course I won’t actually be purchasing all of these (a girl can dream), but all are items I’m considering and would highly recommend to those also headed on a ski weekend.
