It feels as though any day now the winter chill will break and spring will officially arrive. Personally, I’m ready for the seasonal switchover. Whilst I enjoy the playful layering act of winter, after months of insulation at the forefront of my outfits, I’m ready for the ease that spring promises. Clearly, H&M is also counting down to the change as the spring collection has officially arrived.

As we peel off the various heavy layers of the previous season, spring marks a shift in our dressing. Lighter materials return to the everyday, a fresh palette is applied to the latest arrivals, and there’s an ease to silhouette and form as the days begin to warm up. Yet still, one constant remains, and that’s the focus on elegant ensembles.
